This has to do with people that suffer from stress, and I think I have figured out what to do.

Step 1) You need to be very truthful during this, turn off your ego.

Step 2) Go to a private place where you will not be distracted for at least 30 minutes.

Step 3) Write down what single thing causes you stress in your life.

Step 4) Now, fold up the paper and close your eyes.  Turn off your mind for a minute or two, do not think of anything, vision a wall light switch on the back of your head.  Turn it off...turn it back on when your ready, do not think about anything...not even how long you should keep your mind turned off.

Step 5) Now imagine what would be the worst possible think that could happen to you....more than likely it would be the death of your children or spouse.  Whatever it is, make yourself believe it just happened...respond just like you would if it did happen....cry...scream....throw things....shout...whatever....just do not hold anything back!!  When your finally convinced yourself that this has really happened, STOP.
