Last night I had a temperate of 103.5 and was unable to get to sleep, even after taking several Tylenol PM sleeping pills. So I decided if I could use my newly found "remote viewing" skills to help me recover from whatever I had...so I laid on my back, put both my hands directly over my heart, close my eyes and tried to visualize a cure for for what I had...then out of nowhere I actually heard some sort of male voice talking to me, it was very faint, but I was able to make it out...it was some sort of recipe...so I wrote it down. This is what it said:
1 cup of hot green tea, 4 drops of liquid onions, 1 tsp of white sugar, 1 garlic clove (do not eat) and a dash of sea salt.
I went to the kitchen to see if I had these ingredients....had them all except for liquid onions, so I just squeezed an onion....anyway to make this short, I drank the contents of the cup (was awful tasting) and went back to bed. Amazingly some 20 minutes later I fell to sleep and awoke this morning feeling great...like I was never site in the first place. Anyway, I just wanted to share this with you, and to let you know that everything is fine...although I did not have a single dream last night....not one...this is very strange because I always have dreams, usually dozens a night, maybe my body and mind went on vacation.
Anyway, I'm sorry I've been unable to post dreams for you during the past 2 day, and hopefully I will have some good ones tonight...Take Care,

Interesting. I discovered a couple of years ago that if I feel like I'm coming down with 'something' (cold, flu, sinus problems, bronchitis) I take 1000mg garlic tablets 3 times a day plus one cup of 'special tea' which is nothing more than 1 bag of Spiced Chai Black Tea and 1 bag of Green Tea with Honey (both bags in one cup of tea, so it is strong) - in the tea I put 3 teaspoons of sugar. I usually have one or two cups of the tea per day. I microwave the water for 1 minute 42 seconds and let both bags steep for about 4 minutes. I do squeeze the last drops out of the bags into the cup, as well. I sip the tea over a 20 - 30 minute period.
Just in case anyone wants to try the 'exact' formula - but I don't know if it matters.
Normally, I would feel ill with the bronchitis or whatever for 7 to 10 days. Generally speaking I feel 'normal' with this regimen within 3 -4 days. If it's a really big thing (bronchitis AND sinus, etc) then I may have 3 cups of the tea over 2 days and the garlic 3 times a day. There have been a few times even this didn't help all that much, but seemed to take the edge off it.
Of course, this is not a substitute for visiting the doctor, especially for chronic ailments. But it helps me.
So maybe I should eat onions and add a dash of sea salt, too! ;o)

I am so glad to hear you are feeling better. It must be hell to squeeze an onion in the middle of the night. Write the recipe down and keep all the ingredients on hand so that the next time you or one of your family is sick you can make it more easily. As I said before, like Edgar Cayce, your body gets depleted from this psychic dreaming and remote viewing. Ask him what you can do to continue to do the work but keep your strength up. I believe that he is going to be your guide and is here to help you.

Was not really a problem, and it worked!
Last week if you told me to ask a dead person a question in my dream I would have laughed, but now I'm taking this seriously, and I will...thanks Marilyn :)

Dearest Brian,
If you are getting sick and headaches, which at times I will get headaches on the left side of my forehead when I remote view. You need to protect yourself. Even if you don't believe in God. Try this prayer if you will when ever you go to sleep and when you meditate or remote view. It will help you. Imagine as you say the prayer that you have white light around you. It does work.
