Pretty amazing...here's what I found. Living close to Maryland - which is mentioned on your DD - I'm kind of intrigued. Plugged the numbers 39 29 2 N 77 47 59 W into Google Earth, and it hit...in Maryland. Right on the border of Maryland and the West Virginia Border, just south (by maybe 1/4 mile) of Shepherd's Island and just barely south of the Potomac river.
I might have to take a drive out there...hmmm...
