Ibay was last seen at his former residence in the 400 block of Waterview Drive in Polk City, Florida at 1:00 p.m. on September 7, 2008. He'd sold the house several years ago and moved to a home in the 7300 block of Lake Floy Circle Orlando, Florida, but he returned several times a week to tend his garden. He grew beans, sweet potatoes, eggplants and other crops.
Ibay has never been heard from again. At 1:00 a.m. the day of his disappearance, authorities found his gold four-door 1993 Pontiac Subaru with the Florida license plate number F966HX in the parking lot of the Gator Creek Preserve on U.S. 98 north in Lakeland, Florida. Police went to his Orlando home and found it empty. Neighbors saw Ibay leave the Polk City residence later that day. Two days later, Gator Creek Preserve security personnel noted Ibay's car was still in the parking lot. A friend reported him missing that day.

MISSING PERSONS CASES, 2006 - 2017
CASES ARE LOCATED HERE
CASES THAT I HAVE PERSONALLY SOLVED ARE LOCATED HERE
Since 2006 I have personally worked over 1,000 missing person cases and have
literally spent thousands of hours of my own time trying to help find missing
people, especially missing children...and always for free.
The cases listed here are from my old site, unfortunately, after I got sick, I
lost my site and any backup copies I had, so these are direct links to
archive.org's Wayback Machine. In time I will transfer these old cases to my new
site. I've had a pretty good track record in helping to locate loved ones, and
I'm always willing to help in new cases as well. To view all my past
cases right now please visit
