Baxter was last seen leaving her workplace and entering its parking lot on March 17, 2000 in Palm Bay, Florida. She was employed as an assembler at the time. Baxter told her three children she planned to return home and buy them all pizza, but she never arrived. She has never been heard from again. Her car, a blue four-door 1988 Chevrolet Corsica with the Florida license plate number XMJ51N, has never been located. Baxter's case opened 2018 by Psychic Brian Ladd.
