Domingue was last seen by a relative at her home on Highway 182 in Opelousas, Louisiana on May 4, 2014. She dropped her son off at her mother's house, left driving her gray 2004 Pontiac Grand Am, and has never been heard from again. Her mother reported her missing two weeks later. Authorities stated Domingue had criminal associations prior to her disappearance, but she wasn't having any problems with her life by the time she went missing and there is no indication that she was suicidal. After her disappearance, rumors circulated that she had been murdered in another parish. She left behind two children, and it would be uncharacteristic of her not to contact them.
Dereck Christopher Viator was the last person known to have been with Domingue. A photo of Viator is posted below this case summary. In May 2016, he was charged with two counts of first-degree murder in deaths of Cody Fell and Abigail Clark. They were found inside a burned vehicle, their bodies burned beyond recognition, in April 2014. Viator has a criminal history, including some charges for violent crimes. In June 2016, Domingue's vehicle was pulled from the Bayou Tigre off St. Elmo Road, south of Delcambre, Louisiana.
Domingue's case opened 2018 by Psychic Brian Ladd. Foul play is suspected due to the circumstances involved.
