Height and weight : 5'8 - 6'0, 160 - 180 pounds
Distinguishing Characteristics: Native American male. Black hair, brown eyes. Fawcett has scars on his neck, abdomen, right hand and one of the fingers on his left hand. He wears eyeglasses with gold-colored frames and he may have a mustache, beard or goatee. He may use the last name Sheakley.

Fawcett was last seen in Juneau, Alaska sometime during September 1999. He was homeless and living on the streets at the time. After that month, he stopped cashing checks that were sent to him; the checks started getting returned in October 1999. He has never been heard from again and his whereabouts remain unknown.
Fawcett was convicted of attempted sexual abuse of a minor in 1990, when he was 19 years old. He is required to register with the police as a sex offender.
