Green was last seen at her residence on Bailey Avenue in Chattanooga, Tennessee on March 12, 1994. She has never been heard from again. Green is described as a drifter. She was dating and living with a man, but would often not contact her family for weeks at a time. However, Green visited her sister every month to pick up her welfare check. She was reported missing after she failed to collect the check for March 1994. Police suspect foul play was involved in Green's case and they believe she is deceased.
