Details at time of disappearance: Tapia was last seen in Miami, Florida on September 26, 2008. He has never been heard from again. His car was found abandoned after his disappearance.
He may be in the company of Ramon Turrucllas, who's described as a black-haired, brown-eyed Hispanic male, 5'10 tall and 180 pounds. Turrucllas's date of birth is January 25, 1949, making him fifty-nine years old in September 2008. Photographs of him are unavailable.
Tapia's disappearance remains unsolved.
