Description, clothing, tattoos, other identifying markings: A v-neck shirt and jeans.
Other characteristics: Caucasian female. Brown hair, brown eyes. Mullis has a tattoo of the name "Ashton" on her upper left arm and a tattoo of a small butterfly on her right leg.
Details at time of disappearance: Mullis was last seen in Royerton, Indiana on September 19, 2013. She was separated from her husband and each one thought the other was taking care of their two dogs. Eventually charges were filed against Mullis for neglecting her pets, but she wasn't aware of the court date and missed it. A warrant was issued for her arrest. She has never been heard from again.
Mullis was last seen by her boyfriend's family. Due to a miscommunication between that family and her own family, she wasn't reported missing for weeks after she disappeared.
Her loved ones don't believe she would have walked out of her life and abandoned her three small children, which included a two-week-old baby, because of the arrest warrant. She occasionally used prescription drugs prior to her disappearance, but it's unclear whether drugs were involved in her case. Her disappearance remains unsolved.
