Missing Person Photos

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are unknown. A person may go missing through a voluntary disappearance, or else due to an accident, crime, death in a location where they cannot be found (such as at sea), or many other reasons. In most parts of the world, a missing person will usually be found quickly. While criminal abductions are some of the most widely reported missing person cases, these account for only 2 to 5 percent of missing children in Europe. By contrast, some missing person cases remain unresolved for many years. Laws related to these cases are often complex since, in many jurisdictions, relatives and third parties may not deal with a person's assets until their death is considered proven by law and a formal death certificate issued. The situation, uncertainties, and lack of closure or a funeral resulting when a person goes missing may be extremely painful with long-lasting effects on family and friends. A number of organizations seek to connect, share best practices, and disseminate information and images of missing children to improve the effectiveness of missing children investigations, including the International Commission on Missing Persons, the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC), as well as national organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children in the US, Missing People in the UK, Child Focus in Belgium, and The Smile of the Child in Greece.

According to current statistics, 4,000 people in the United States go missing every day. Sometimes a child suddenly vanishes from the bus stop or the local park or even from their own yard or bedroom. Or a teenager doesnt return home after a walk to the neighborhood grocery store or a bike ride or a party with friends. Other times, an adult is mysteriously absent from their job or neighbors havent seen them for several days, and family and friends havent heard from them either.

Details of Disappearance Price was last seen in Lexington, North Carolina. He lived with two roommates in a house in the 100 block of Pearl Drive. Shortly before midnight on January 23, 2019, he left a "very long, but disturbing" voicemail message for his mother. He has never been heard from again. His girlfriend reported him missing on January 24.
The police saw that his vehicle was left in the driveway when they went to his house in response to the missing persons report, but neither he nor his roommates, Natasha Myers and Christopher Ryan Burgess, were there. Burgess's older model red Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck was missing also.
Myers and Burgess were also reported missing shortly after Price was. They both resurfaced and returned home on January 27, but Price never did and he has never been heard from again. Photos of both roommates are posted with this summary. They said they had taken a short trip to Tennessee.
Burgess and Myers said they last saw Price on January 23, when they were together at an Oakwood Acres home near High Rock Lake. Price co-owned the house with Burgess. According to the roommates, they and Price went their separate ways during the early morning hours of January 23. Price's girlfriend last heard from him around at the same time, via a phone call at 1:15 a.m. and a text message at 1:40 a.m.
It's uncharacteristic of Price to leave without warning or to be out of touch with his family and his girlfriend. He usually spoke to his girlfriend and his mother multiple times a day and also communicated with them by text. He left his identification, phone charger, coat and extra clothes behind.
His disappearance is considered suspicious and his family believes he may have met with foul play. His remains unsolved.
