Timmothy Pitzen died from an accident in a hotel room when I say accident, I mean his mother wanted to believe it was an accident. His body was wrapped in 1 hotel sheet and one hotel towel...the body was wrapped with black tape purchased from a nearby dollar store. Here is the exact located he was buried.
