This is an easy way to reach your normal state (pretend you are a happy dog who loves your owner. Every day your owner leaves for work in the morning and returns home at random times during the day. When she/he leaves you are not sad and you do not miss you owner, as these emotions are not real. Just sit by the door and be happy...do not wonder where your owner is (as that's not the way sane mammals behave) Just sit quietly by the door paying attention to everything...but without thinking about anything. This may sound hard to do but it's just the opposite...and I cannot tell you how to do this, you will know how to with practice. Stay by the door until you see it...you'll know when Nirava hits...trust me.
