Medical Conditions Faith suffers from a seizure disorder, a heart condition and an allergy to bees. She needs anti-seizure medication and an Epi-Pen for her allergies, and she doesn't have her medicine with her.

Other characteristics: Caucasian female. Blonde hair, blue eyes. Faith has pierced ears and scars on her thighs. She may dye her hair the natural color is blonde, but it may now be dyed black. She may use the following names: Isabella, Lily, Panda, Sara, Saraphire, Squirtal and/or Wittle Foot. Her nicknames are Faithy and Fay.

Details at time of disappearance: Faith was last seen in Sacramento, California on April 27, 2017. She called her mother from Grant High School and said she had a headache, and asked for permission to come home early. Her mother said she could, but Faith apparently never arrived there. She has never been heard from again.
Prior to her disappearance, Faith had started receiving expensive presents such as dresses, makeup and designer purses. She was secretive about the gifts, telling her mother the sender was just a friend and that the gifts were payment for tutoring services. She was possibly dating an unidentified African-American male whom she met online.
Since her disappearance she hasn't been active on any of her social media accounts, and her mother fears she became a victim of sex trafficking. Faith's case remains unsolved.
