Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : McGuyer was last seen on Roxton Street in Dorchester, Massachusetts on October 7, 2007. She has never been heard from again. It's uncharacteristic of McGuyer to be out of touch with her son, who was ten when she disappeared. Her family is afraid for her safety, but little evidence is available in her case.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known.
