: African-American male. Black hair, brown eyes. Francis has a tattoo on his upper arm at the shoulder. At the time of his disappearance, his head was shaved and he may have had a beard.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known.
