: Caucasian male. Red hair, blue/hazel eyes. Mathis has the following tattoos: the name "Amiah" on his right forearm, a marijuana leaf on his upper right arm, the word "Love" on his left forearm, the word "Pizzle" on his chest, and a nude woman on his right leg. His nickname is Tizzel. His ears are pierced.
Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Mathis was last seen in the 1300 block of Shuler Avenue in Hamilton, Ohio on April 1, 2014. He was staying with friends at the time of his disappearance. He left all his clothes and money behind and has never been heard from again. He was reported missing ten days later.
Mathis has a history of dropping out of sight; he was reported missing in August 2012 and in April 2013. He left behind a three-year-old daughter. His case remains unsolved.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known. Laws related to these cases are often complex since, in many jurisdictions, relatives and third parties may not deal with a person's assets until their death is considered proven by law and a formal death certificate issued. The situation, uncertainties, and lack of closure or a funeral resulting when a person goes missing may be extremely painful with long-lasting effects on family and friends.
