Description, clothing, jewerly and more : A light gray short-sleeved shirt with a few buttons at the top and dark gray sweatpants.
Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Hispanic male. Brown hair, brown eyes. McDowell has the following tattoos: a rose above the name "Carmen Aguilar" on his left arm, the name "Rachel" on his left forearm, a dragon on his right arm and a biohazard symbol on his upper right arm. He has two surgical scars on his neck.

Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : McDowell was last seen leaving a friend's residence in the Radio Park area of Fresno, California on October 14, 2005. He has never been heard from again. There were a few sightings of him in the Fresno area after his disappearance, but none of them were confirmed. Few details are available in his case.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known. A person may go missing through a voluntary disappearance, or else due to an accident, crime, death in a location where they cannot be found (such as at sea), or many other reasons. The situation, uncertainties, and lack of closure or a funeral resulting when a person goes missing may be extremely painful with long-lasting effects on family and friends.
