Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Caucasian male. Graying brown hair, hazel eyes. Shepard's hair was shoulder-length at the time of his disappearance, and he had a full beard. He has no upper teeth. He has the following tattoos: a four-inch sword on his right arm, a cross with the word "Sedonia" on his left arm, the words "fuck you" under a scar on his buttocks, the words "Patricia loves Bryan" on his right arm, and the words "Patricia loves Brian" on the back of his leg. Shepard goes by his middle name, Bryan. He wears eyeglasses with round wire frames.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known.
