Description, clothing, jewerly and more : A dark t-shirt or a plaid shirt, baggy blue jeans, white Fila sneakers and a blue baseball cap or a green Army cap.
Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Caucasian male. Dark brown hair, blue eyes. Both of Jeremy's ears are pierced multiple times. His nickname is Little C.





Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Jeremy was last seen in the company of his childhood friend Erin Foster, who is also missing. They visited a mutual friend that day, then left the friend's house in Erin's black two-door 1998 Pontiac Grand Am with tinted windows and the Tennessee license plate number 473EJR.
Witnesses saw Jeremy and Erin in the car outside of Sparta, Tennessee at approximately 10:00 p.m. on April 3, 2000. They have never been heard from again and Erin's car is also missing.
Jeremy's mother stated he had been having a hard time due to his parents' divorce, but she described her son as a kind-hearted teenAge at the time of disappearance: r who was well-liked in his neighborhood. At first investigators believed he and Erin had left of their own accord, but the passAge at the time of disappearance: of time has made this theory less likely.
Since their disappearances there has been no activity on their Social Security numbers, and Erin never renewed her driver's license. The circumstances surrounding their cases are unclear. Both remain missing and their cases are unsolved.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known.
