Her ears are pierced and her nose had once been pierced, but she no longer wore a nose ring at the time of her disappearance. She was staying at a hotel in Kihei. At 2:00 p.m. that day, she rented a car for one night to visit Waiʻānapanapa State Park in Hana. She has never been heard from again. On July 23, her rental car was found abandoned in a gravel parking lot at Waiʻānapanapa State Park. Her luggAge at the time of disappearance: , credit card and identification were inside it, but her car key, cellular phone and a small backpack were missing and have never been located.
