Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Hispanic male. Black hair, brown eyes. Velasquez Say is from Guatemala.





Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Velasquez Say was last seen on March 12, 2018. He was traveling illegally from Guatemala to the United States and contacted his family to say he'd crossed the border at McAllen, Texas. He has never been heard from again.
