A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are unknown. A person may go missing through a voluntary disappearance, or else due to an accident, crime, death in a location where they cannot be found (such as at sea), or many other reasons. While criminal abductions are some of the most widely reported missing person cases, these account for only 2 to 5 percent of missing children in Europe. Plaster has a scar on his left wrist and a scar on his left elbow, his right wrist has previously been fractured, his left ear is pierced and he has a mole and a dimple on his left cheek. He wears lower dentures and his left ear is pierced.
Details of Disappearance Plaster was last seen in Manassas, Virginia on April 16, 1988. His roommate dropped him off at the Manassas Mall in the 8300 block of Sudley Road. Plaster said he would find his own way home. He has never been heard from again.
