Medical Conditions Hines has multiple physical and mental conditions, including bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and thyroid problems. She has had a liver transplant and needs to take daily medication to keep her body from rejecting the donor liver. As a result of her health problems, Hines has difficulty walking and a weak immune system. She doesn't have her medication with her.

Details at time of disappearance: Hines was last seen in San Antonio, Texas on December 14, 2017. She left her home in the 5600 block of Timber Steep on foot at approximately 3:00 a.m., leaving her phone, car, purse and medicine behind. She has never been heard from again. The circumstances of her disappearance are unclear, but she's considered to be in danger due to her state of health.
