The Bureau of Indian Affairs and Federal Bureau of Investigation is asking for the public to help locate Mildred Alexis Old Crow, 8, who was last seen in March 2019 on the Crow Indian Reservation. Mildred has brown hair and brown eyes. Mildred's non-custodial relatives notified the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on Nov. 19 that they had not seen Mildred since July 2018. A Missing Endangered Person Advisory was issued by the Montana Department of Justice on Wednesday. The investigation is conducted by the BIA Missing and Murdered Indigenous Persons Cold Case unit in Billings, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Big Horn County Sheriff’s Office, and the Billings Police Department.
