Missing Person Photos

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are unknown. A person may go missing through a voluntary disappearance, or else due to an accident, crime, death in a location where they cannot be found (such as at sea), or many other reasons. In most parts of the world, a missing person will usually be found quickly. While criminal abductions are some of the most widely reported missing person cases, these account for only 2 to 5 percent of missing children in Europe. By contrast, some missing person cases remain unresolved for many years. Laws related to these cases are often complex since, in many jurisdictions, relatives and third parties may not deal with a person's assets until their death is considered proven by law and a formal death certificate issued. The situation, uncertainties, and lack of closure or a funeral resulting when a person goes missing may be extremely painful with long-lasting effects on family and friends. A number of organizations seek to connect, share best practices, and disseminate information and images of missing children to improve the effectiveness of missing children investigations, including the International Commission on Missing Persons, the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC), as well as national organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children in the US, Missing People in the UK, Child Focus in Belgium, and The Smile of the Child in Greece.

According to current statistics, 4,000 people in the United States go missing every day. Sometimes a child suddenly vanishes from the bus stop or the local park or even from their own yard or bedroom. Or a teenager doesnt return home after a walk to the neighborhood grocery store or a bike ride or a party with friends. Other times, an adult is mysteriously absent from their job or neighbors havent seen them for several days, and family and friends havent heard from them either.

Details of Disappearance Foster was last seen leaving her home at Lakeside Apartments in the 2800 block of Lakeside Way in Newnan, Georgia on March 1, 2021. The last time her phone was active was at 2:58 p.m., when it pinged just north of Amlajack Boulevard. She has never been heard from again.
At the time of her disappearance, Foster was a criminal justice major at Georgia Military College and worked as a security guard at Hello Fresh. She missed her college classes on March 2 and didn't show up for her shift, or call in sick, on March 5, which is uncharacteristic of her behavior.
On March 8, her recently purchased dark blue 2020 Nissan Altima with the temporary Georgia license plate number P1996240 was found abandoned thirty miles away in College Park, Georgia, with some of her belongings inside, including her purse, keys and only credit card.
Authorities arrested Foster's fiance, Reginald Robertson, on charges of kidnapping and aggravated assault in April 2021. A photo of Robertson is posted with this summary. Investigators stated the charges were unrelated to Foster's disappearance and stemmed from a domestic violence incident between her and Robertson in November 2020.
It's not clear if Robertson is a suspect in her , but investigators learned he moved Foster's car from Newnan to College Park days after she went missing, and he was charged with theft as a result. (The theft charge was later dropped.) He has not been cooperative with the investigation into her disappearance.
Foster left behind three children, who are now living with relatives. She disappeared just months before she was supposed to graduate college; her plan was for a career in law enforcement. Her disappearance is considered suspicious and her remains unsolved.
