The FBI has joined authorities in central Colorado who are frantically searching for missing woman Suzanne Morphew, a 49-year-old mom-of-two, who was last seen on Sunday near her home in Maysville, Chaffee County, about 120 miles southwest of Colorado Springs.
Additionally, the reward for information leading to finding Suzanne has now doubled to $200,000 as the search grows more frantic.
The missing Colorado woman went for a bike ride on Mother’s Day and mysteriously vanished, authorities said. As reported by the New York Post, Suzanne Morphew, who is married, was reported missing by a neighbor on Sunday evening after failing to return home from her ride.

Suzanne Morphew, a mother and wife from Chaffee County, went missing, but the sheriff says they learn new information in the case every day.
Since she was reported missing on Mother's Day, the Chaffee County Sheriff’s Office, Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the 11th Judicial District have been working through intensive investigations to find her.
Despite several searches and interviews, and hundreds of tips, Suzanne Morphew, 49, remains a missing person.
In a Facebook post Tuesday morning, Chaffee County Sheriff John Spezze said he wanted to thank the community for their assistance and patience as they continue to work the case.
“Suzanne is missing," he said. "We in law enforcement hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. The worst-case scenario is that something unlawful occurred, and as such we go about our investigation ensuring we are working within the rules of law and treating everything we learn as potential evidence for court.”
Authorities have explained previously that while updates on this case may be scarce, that doesn't mean the investigation hasn't been rigorous. Spezze once again assured the public that the case remains a priority for the sheriff's office.
“To preserve the integrity of this investigation, we cannot reveal all we have learned nor all that we are doing, but we understand your frustration in wanting this case resolved quickly," he said. "That said, with each day that passes, we learn new information in this case.”
The task force assigned to this case will continue to investigate it, despite the challenges of the approaching winter months. Members of the task force are continuing to focus on Suzanne Morphew's social media presence, Spezze said. She kept in touch with her friends through those channels.
The sheriff's office has asked anybody who communicated with Suzanne Morphew around her disappearance or since — whether by Facebook, Instagram, Voxer, FaceTime or WhatsApp — to come forward through the tip line at 719-312-7530, even if they think the information they have is insignificant.
"(Investigators) also believe that sometimes in these types of cases that people don’t come forward with information for concern that they may get someone in trouble," Spezze said. "To those who may be fearful to come forward, they can reach out anonymously. Once investigators know your concerns, they can address them."
Suzanne Morphew has been missing since May 10, 2020 — Mother’s Day — from the Maysville area in Chaffee County. That day, a neighbor called 911 to report that she had gone for a bike ride and never returned that day, the Chaffee County Sheriff's Office said. The sheriff's office said her husband, Barry Morphew, was the last person to see her.
Search efforts in the two weeks following her disappearance turned up empty.
On May 17, a week after her disappearance, Barry Morphew, posted a video on a Facebook page set up to share updates on the search for Suzanne Morphew, pleading for her safe return.
"Suzanne, if anyone is out there that can hear this that has you, please, we'll do whatever it takes to bring you back," Barry said as he held back tears in the video. "We love you. We miss you. Your girls need you."
He continued, saying "I'll do whatever it takes to get you back. Honey, I love you.”
Barry Morphew and a family friend said they were offering $200,000 for her safe return.
Throughout the month of May, authorities searched bodies of water, asked residents to check their outdoor surveillance cameras, and continued searching the area.

English, at a conference Monday at which he reiterated Friday's ruling, scheduled the next conference in the case for June 18 and announced a potential trial date for the second week of September.
Meanwhile, the victim's father, Michael Stern, who attended the conference, said a small group of family and friends held a memorial atop the Belmar bridge on Saturday to commemorate what would have been Sarah's 21st birthday.
"We just wanted to do something for Sarah's birthday,'' he said after Monday's court proceeding. "We press onward.''
Diaz-Cobo said he plans to review the voluminous evidence in the criminal case with his client and, after that, "we'll make a decision on how we want to go forward.'' He said he expects a trial date of Sept. 10.
Authorities allege that McAtasney, 20, of Neptune City, strangled his former high school classmate in her home on Dec. 2, 2016, stole about $10,000 from her and, with the help of his roommate, Preston Taylor, drove her body to the Belmar bridge and dumped it in the Shark River, leaving her car atop the span to make it look like she committed suicide.
Stern's body has never been recovered.
Stern's disappearance remained a mystery until Anthony Curry, an acquaintance of McAtasney, came forward to authorities in January 2017 and told them of a conversation McAtasney had with him the previous Thanksgiving. Curry told authorities that McAtasney, in the Thanksgiving conversation, outlined a plan to kill Stern, steal some money she recently came into and throw her body off the bridge.
On Jan, 31, 2017, Curry met McAtasney in Bradley Beach and recorded a conversation in which McAtasney reportedly confessed to doing just that.
McAtasney's previous attorneys, Charles Moriarty and Kevin Moriarty, filed motions last year seeking to exclude McAtasney's confession, as well as phone calls and Snapchat and text messages between Curry and McAtasney.
Ruling that the recording and messages could be presented to a jury, English said that McAtasney appeared boastful as he told Curry the story of what happened to Stern.
McAtasney and Taylor, who was Stern's date for the junior prom, were arrested and charged with Stern's murder the day after Curry recorded the confession.
Taylor, 20, of Neptune, has admitted helping McAtasney dispose of the body and has agreed to testify against his former roommate.
English said the next court date in June will be the deadline for McAtasney to take a plea bargain. If he doesn't, a September trial date is likely to be set, the judge said.
McAtasney faces life in prison without the possibility of release on parole if he is convicted of Stern's murder.

On a Monday afternoon in September 2019, a 5-year-old girl was playing in a Bridgeton, New Jersey, park with her younger brother while her mother sat in a car nearby with another relative.

The Rexburg Police Department and the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) with the assistance of the Federal Bureau of Investigation are investigating the possible connection between the death of a Fremont County woman and two missing Rexburg children.
Death Investigation
Family members found Tammy Daybell, 49, dead in her Fremont County home October 19, 2019. At that time, Daybell’s death was believed to be natural.
Daybell was interred in Springville, Utah, on Oct. 22. Subsequent investigation by the FCSO determined Daybell's death may be suspicious. On December 11, Daybell's remains were exhumed by the FCSO, with the assistance of the Utah Office of the Medical Examiner, and an autopsy conducted.
During the course of the death investigation by the FCSO, investigators were made aware that two Rexburg children, ages 7 and 17, were missing.
Investigators determined within a couple weeks of Daybell's death, her surviving husband, Chad Daybell, had married Rexburg resident Lori Vallow, who is the mother of the missing children.
Missing Children Background:
Rexburg police attempted to conduct a welfare check on Joshua Vallow, the adopted 7- year-old special needs son of Lori Vallow, at their residence at 565 Pioneer Road in Rexburg Nov. 26.
The welfare check was being conducted as extended family outside Idaho had not been able to speak with Joshua since September and were concerned.
Investigators from Rexburg police spoke with Lori Vallow and her new husband, Chad Daybell, who indicated Joshua was staying with a family friend in Arizona.
Investigators left but learned later that day that Joshua had not been staying with the friend as indicated by Lori Vallow.
On Nov. 27, Rexburg police executed search warrants at locations in Rexburg associated with Lori Vallow, in an attempt to locate Joshua.
As the search warrants were being executed, investigators determined Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell had abruptly vacated their residence and left Rexburg.
Police then requested assistance from the FBI in locating Joshua.
Further investigation has determined Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell did not appear to have Joshua with them when they left Rexburg.
Investigators also determined Joshua last attended school at Kennedy Elementary in Rexburg on Sept 23, 2019.
Additionally, investigators learned Lori Vallow has a 17-year-old daughter, Tylee Ryan, who was living with Lori Vallow in Rexburg but has also not been seen since September 2019. Investigators have contacted several members of the children's extended family, but no one has been in contact with the children since Sept.
The children have not been reported missing to any law enforcement agency and attempts to obtain the cooperation of Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell in locating the children have been unsuccessful.
Joshua is a 7-year-old with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 4 feet tall and weighs 50 pounds.
Tylee is a 17-year-old with blonde hair and blue eyes. She is 5 feet tall and weighs 160 pounds.
