Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Hall was last seen in Milton, Florida on July 20, 2019. He was estranged from his family at the time of his disappearance and wasn't reported missing for some time as a result. Hall told his neighbors he was moving to New York to live with a family member. He has never been heard from again. There is no evidence that he moved to New York after his disappearance, and his family has not heard from him.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known. A person may go missing through a voluntary disappearance, or else due to an accident, crime, death in a location where they cannot be found (such as at sea), or many other reasons.
