Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Caucasian male. Brown hair, brown eyes. Meadows may have a mustache. He has a tattoo of the band QueensrĂżche's logo on his upper left arm, a tattoo of the letter "A" on one of his ankles, and the phrase "VO Flash" with a lightning bolt tattooed on his right arm.

Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Meadows was last seen in the 700 block of Keystone south Indianapolis, Indiana on January 2, 1993. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in Meadows's case, but his mother believes he met with foul play.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known. A person may go missing through a voluntary disappearance, or else due to an accident, crime, death in a location where they cannot be found (such as at sea), or many other reasons.
