Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Caucasian male. Brown hair, brown eyes. Willis's nickname is Rob. His hair was cut very short at the time of his disappearance, and he had a reddish-brown goatee. He has a surgical scar on the left side of his torso, a tattoo of a red devil on his left shoulder and a tattoo of a red, white and blue cow skull and eagle on his right shoulder.





Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Willis was last seen in Fresno County, California on October 31, 2008. He left home to go on a deer hunting trip in the Dinkey Creek area, carrying a Tikka T3.300 WSM rifle with a left-hand bolt. He was supposed to return the next day, but he never did and has never been heard from again. His vehicle, a gray and black four-door 2000 Nissan Frontier pickup truck with a Husky toolbox, was found abandoned on Forest Road 10S31.
An extensive search of the area turned up no indication of Willis's whereabouts. His case remains unsolved.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known. A person may go missing through a voluntary disappearance, or else due to an accident, crime, death in a location where they cannot be found (such as at sea), or many other reasons.
