Dream number 10997 28 August 2018 1 psychic prediction Mollie Cecilia Tibbetts missing14 views todayMollie Cecilia Tibbetts, a University of Iowa student, disappeared on July 18, 2018, while jogging near her home in Brooklyn, Iowa. After a month-long search, police identified 24-year-old
Cristhian Bahena Rivera as a suspect using surveillance camera footage that showed his car following her on her jog. He led police to her body in a Poweshiek County cornfield on August 21
and was charged with first-degree murder.

Rivera's immigration status became a politicized issue after police, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement indicated he had been in the
country illegally. The case became a political talking point for and against the immigration policies of the Trump administration. Tibbetts' family denounced the efforts to exploit and
politicize Tibbetts' death.

Mollie Cecilia Tibbetts was born on May 8, 1998, in San Francisco, California, to Rob Tibbetts and Laura Calderwood. When she was in the second grade, her parents divorced, and she moved to
Iowa with her mother and two siblings.1 Her father kept in touch with the family through telephone, and he last saw her at his wedding in 2017.23 At the time of her disappearance, she was a
resident of Brooklyn, Iowa, a small town about 70 miles (110 km) east of Des Moines, and a psychology major at the University of Iowa.4 She was preparing for her sophomore year in college
when she disappeared.1

On July 18, 2018, Tibbetts, a former cross country runner, left the home of her boyfriend's brother in Brooklyn for an evening jog.14 She was last seen at approximately 7:30 p.m. CDT and
was reported missing by her family when she did not show up for work the following day.5 According to police, her last confirmed communication was with her boyfriend of three years, shortly
before leaving for her jog.1 Her boyfriend was out of town for work in Dubuque, Iowa, over 130 miles (210 km) away.6 He told investigators he received a Snapchat message from her later in
the evening that appeared to show her indoors.4

Over the next several weeks, police in multiple states investigated hundreds of leads in the case,7 including an unconfirmed sighting at a truck stop in Kearney, Missouri5 (later confirmed
to have been false),7 but were not able to locate Tibbetts. They received over 2,300 tips8 and conducted over 500 interviews during the course of the investigation.9 As she was known to
always wear her Fitbit activity tracker, police attempted to use its data to help find her.10

About a week prior to her body being found, police said that the search had been refocused to several specific areas in and around Brooklyn, including her boyfriend's home, a truck stop, a
car wash, and two area farms.11 Prior to the discovery of Tibbetts' body, monetary rewards for information leading to closure in the case had reached over $366,000, surpassing the previous
record reward amount raised by the local Crime Stoppers branch.12 As the money was to be used on the condition of her return alive, the money will be returned to those who requested it, or
dispersed to the general Crime Stoppers fund and/or to the Tibbetts family.13

On August 21, police in Iowa announced that a body had been found in Poweshiek County,14 where Tibbetts' hometown of Brooklyn is located; the body was identified as Tibbetts' in an autopsy
that was conducted two days later by the Iowa State Medical Examiner.15 They had been led to the site by 24-year-old suspect Cristhian Bahena Rivera.1416

On August 23, the Iowa State Medical Examiner performed an autopsy and recorded the cause of death as "multiple sharp force injuries" and the manner as homicide.

Cristhian Bahena Rivera, age 24, lived and worked in the rural Poweshiek County area where Tibbetts vanished.1718 Originally from El Guayabillo, Guerrero, Mexico,19 he arrived in the United
States at age 17 and had lived in the area for a few years.20 He had worked at another farm before coming to Yarrabee Farms near Brooklyn, Iowa, in August 2014.20

Rivera became a target of investigators after they obtained footage from a nearby surveillance camera, showing a Chevrolet Malibu driving back and forth in the area where Tibbetts was
jogging. After linking the car to him, police approached him without incident.2122 They said he confessed to kidnapping and killing her and dumping her body. According to an affidavit filed
by the Poweshiek County Sheriff's Office, he led them to the body in a secluded location within a cornfield.23

A spokesman for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services said its systems did not indicate Rivera "has any lawful immigration status." . Later, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement
confirmed this determination, by saying "law enforcement remains absolutely confident that we’ve correctly identified the suspect as an illegal alien from Mexico."2526 Rivera worked at
Yarrabee Farms, owned by the family of a prominent Iowa Republican leader, Craig Lang. As part of his employment, the Lang family, including Nicole Schlinger, a top Republican fundraiser,
allowed Rivera to live rent-free on their land. Yarabee Farms initially claimed that they had vetted Rivera's immigration status through the federal E-Verify program. After E-Verify
indicated that Yarabee Farms was not subscribed to its program, Yarabee Farms said it used the Social Security Administration system and clarified that Rivera had given them false
information.2724282930 In a motion for a gag order on August 22, Rivera's lawyer said Rivera was in the United States legally.24

On August 22, Rivera was charged with first-degree murder.19 The judge raised his bond from $1 million to $5 million when the prosecutor noted he is a flight risk.31

On August 24, Rivera changed his legal counsel and rescinded several motions filed by his original attorney. He is now represented by Chad Frese and Jennifer Frese, a married couple who
normally work for different law firms, but are privately retained by Rivera's relatives.32

In August 2018 after her body was recovered, the Tibbetts family released a statement in which they asked for time to process the information and to share their grief in private.33 In
addition, Tibbetts' father responding to Donald Trump, Jr., criticized Trump Jr., political operators, commentators, and others as "heartless" and "despicable" in the use of her death in
politics, and particularly decried the use against immigrants.34 During the politicization, Tibbetts' friend, aunt and distant second cousin spoke out against the sentiment.35 Her parents
asked that her death not be used for political ends, a request which was ignored by Karin Housley and President Trump.3637 The cousin asked conservative commentator Candace Owens on Twitter
to "stop being a fucking snake and using my cousins death as political propaganda", after Owens had invoked it to complain about left-wing media.3738

At her funeral Tibbetts' father echoed the sentiment, stating, "But we need to turn toward life – Mollie's life – because Mollie's nobody's victim. Mollie's my hero."39 He continued his
support for the Hispanic community, and rebuked the negative comments made by others by stating; "The Hispanic community are Iowans. They have the same values as Iowans. As far as I'm
concerned, they're Iowans with better food."40 He denounced those who exploited her death to promote a "racist" agenda.41

Vice President Mike Pence called attention to the case at the beginning of a speech in Des Moines on August 15, telling a crowd of President Donald Trump's supporters that the government
would continue to provide "any and all federal support" to the case. Pence later met with the Tibbetts family aboard Air Force Two.12

Trump made a video statement on August 22 saying: “A person came in from Mexico illegally and killed her. We need the wall, we need our immigration laws changed, we need our border laws
changed."42

Tibbetts' death was mocked by some Twitter users in response to her tweet "I hate white people", made after the United States Senate special election in Alabama in 2017.43 Others heckled a
reply she made about Trump marrying an immigrant.44

The case became a political talking point for and against the immigration policies of the Trump administration.45 Conservatives emphasized that the suspect had entered the country
illegally, while liberals accused the conservative response of fearmongering, given studies finding immigrants less likely to commit crimes.46 The immigration status of the suspect has also
raised debates about the differential treatment of undocumented farm workers to other undocumented immigrants in the United States.47

Tibbetts' younger brother and his football team memorialized her by printing her initials on the team jerseys.48 Some runners used the hashtag #MilesforMollie to highlight harassment and
safety issues women who run face, since she had been attacked while running.4950 Her friends started an online group that gained attention on social media called "The Mollie Movement",
which encourages people to be kind to each other in her honor.51 During her funeral, her family called for mourners to remember her passion for life and desire to help others, by
"celebrating something wonderful", such as her father highlighting a couple who had been married the day previous.39

Anna Maciejewska maxresdefault psychic Brian Ladd14 views todayMore than one year has passed since 43-year-old Anna Bronislawa Maciejewska went missing. And friends and family of the Malvern woman won’t stop hunting for answers, despite slowly losing hope of finding her alive.

“She always had a great smile,” friend and former coworker Sharon Grant said. “She took pride in anything she did -- from her new home she built to her son. Everything was hope and happiness.”

A native of Poland, Maciejewska created a full life for herself a world away from her relatives. She was a successful actuary for Voya Financial and mother to a young child who was just 3 years old when his mother disappeared.

She was last seen alive by her husband, Allen Jay Gould, who reported her missing on April 10, 2017, police said.

Chesco Neighbors Honor Mother Missing Since April
Since then, what started as a missing persons search has turned into a murder investigation, Pennsylvania State Police told NBC10.

“We are out there looking for her body,” Cpl. Robert Kirby said. “We haven’t ruled out any suspects.”

As officials continue to search for answers, Maciejewska's loved ones have many more questions. She mysteriously canceled a visit to her native Poland in days leading to her disappearance. Then, her father received a happy birthday text in jumbled Polish filled with mistakes she never would have made.

Chester County Mom Remains Missing Months Later
“It wasn’t from her,” Maciejewska's mother, Janina Maciejewska, said via Facetime.

By all accounts, Maciejewska was a meticulous person. She worked in the financial sector for most of her career, and regularly kept in touch with family in Poland and friends in Pennsylvania. She drove her son two hours every week to a Polish school. She also found time to remain active in her book and movie clubs, plus have regular weekly dinners with nearby pals.

So when coworker Sharon Rouse visited Maciejewska’s house after hearing about the disappearance, she was shocked to find her friend’s phone on the table.

“She would not have left her phone,” Rouse told NBC10, adding that Maciejewska stayed in constant touch with her elderly parents and young son.

In the days following her disappearance, officials found Maciejewska’s Audi about two miles from her home. This, combined with the strange text and canceled trip, led investigators to focus on the two weeks before Maciejewska was reported missing.

As the investigation continues to unfold, police want to hear more from her husband.

I Can't Breathe: Temple Student Calls 911 After Being Shot
“We last spoke to [him] two months ago,” Kirby said. “Allen would not provide any useful information.”

NBC10 approached Gould and asked him for comment, but he refused. "Please turn the camera off," Gould said, adding that he wants privacy.

A call to his lawyer was not returned. Police have not named Gould or anyone else as a suspect.

Maciejewska's family in Poland and friends in Pennsylvania have teamed up to keep the search alive. Her brother-in-law Leszek Wronski helped create a $30,000 reward fund for anyone with information that could lead to finding the missing woman. He also acts as the unofficial emissary between the U.S. and Poland, staying in touch with investigators in Chester County and relaying any news to his in-laws in Poland.

As leads slowly fades, the family remains devastated, he told NBC10.

“Especially for mother and father, it’s not getting better. It’s rather worse and worse,” Wronski said. “Time does not help.”

Part of the family’s pain is their strained relationship with Gould. He does not allow the now 5-year-old boy to Skype with his grandparents and canceled a trip to see them, Wronski said.

"We have no contact with Allen, who does not talk to us," Wronski said.

“It’s very strange for us. I have no idea why he behaves like this,” Wronski said. “The future looked quite bright, but not anymore.”

But her loved ones aren't giving up. A Facebook page has been created to finding Maciejewska. There, they share information and remember the woman they dearly miss.

“My heart broke into pieces,” Deb Streeter-Davitt said. “It’s really hard to make sense of everything. I see a lot of anguish.”

More than a year after her disappearance, Pennsylvania State Police confirmed that their search for a missing mother had turned into a murder investigation.

Police said Anna Bronislawa Maciejewska was reported missing by her husband, Allen Gould, on April 10, 2017. WCAU reported that the Poland native was the mother to a 3-year-old son and a successful actuary for Voya Financial at the time of her disappearance.

“We are out there looking for her body,” Corporal Robert Kirby said. “We haven’t ruled out any suspects.”

Gould reportedly told police that he last saw Maciejewska, 44, leaving their Charlestown Township home and that she didn’t turn up for work that day. However, friends said the last time they spoke with Maciejewska was March 28—after that, they claimed to have only spoken to her through text messages, according to The Mercury News.

Following her disappearance, coworker Sharon Rouse said she visited Maciejewska’s house and claimed to have found her phone on the table.

“She would not have left her phone,” Rouse told the station.

State police also said they’re looking into the two weeks prior to Maciejewska’s April 10th reported disappearance. Reports indicated that she had taken time off from work and was scheduled to return the day she was last seen alive.

Further, state police said they recovered her blue Audi A4 in Charlestown Meadows, two miles from her home, on May 8, 2017. Afterward, Embreeville Barracks used dogs to search the nearby woods and neighborhood for the missing mother.

With limited clues, police said they’re interested in speaking more with her husband.

“We last spoke to [him] two months ago,” Kirby said. “Allen would not provide any useful information.”

Maciejewska is 5-feet, 4-inches tall, weighs about 160 pounds, and has hazel eyes and blonde hair.

This is an ongoing investigation. Pennsylvania State Police is urging anyone with information surrounding Anna Bronislawa Maciejewska’s disappearance and presumed death to contact the Embreeville Barracks at 610-486-6280.

case details:

Search operations for a Seattle hiker missing since Aug. 1 have been suspended, officials said Thursday, but family and friends say they're not giving up.

Samantha Sayers, 28, went missing during a solo hike at Vesper Peak in the North Cascades in Washington state.

"We have exhausted all leads and tips," Sgt. John Adams of the Snohomish County sheriff's Search and Rescue unit told Seattle's Q13 FOX. “We’ve interviewed all witnesses who have come forward. We have checked and double-checked the possible routes we believe Sam could have taken."

Sayers' boyfriend, Kevin Dares, told Fox News that Vesper Peak was her favorite mountain. He wrote in a post in the "#findsamsayers" Facebook group that "Sam isn't gone and we haven't forgotten her."

Dares previously told Fox News that Sayers had lunch with an unidentified male prior to her disappearance. Dares said the man reached out to authorities after he learned of Sayer's disappearance.

The sheriff's office also told Q13 FOX that another hiker reported seeing Sayers at lunchtime the day of her hike at the 6,220-foot summit, and that "she had walked to the south, rather than east back to her car."
